Returns Policy
- The items sold on the website are perishable and are produced on a Made-to-Order basis and customized. Hence, there is no product return policy. Once the order is delivered, it will not be returned.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel the order 36 hours before the delivery time. You can do the same by calling us at (+91) 9354078310 or dropping a mail at Info@thebakeangels.com. If the order is placed within 36 hours of the delivery time, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 10-15 working days if eligible.
- Cancellation charges might be applicable, subject to a case-by-case basis.
