At The Bake Angels, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy to understand how we handle order deliveries.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Noida and Greater Noida. Expansion to other locations may be available soon; stay updated through our website.

Delivery Timing

  1. Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM on the scheduled date.
  2. Same-Day Delivery: Available for select products if the order is placed before 12:00 PM. Additional charges may apply.
  3. Custom Orders: Delivery time for customized cakes or large orders will be discussed and confirmed during order placement.

Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and order value.
  • Free delivery may be offered on orders above ₹1,500.
  • Additional fees may apply for urgent or same-day delivery requests.

Order Processing

  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or message with delivery details.

Delivery Conditions

  1. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order during the scheduled time.
  2. If delivery is attempted and no one is available to accept it, the order will be considered delivered, and no refunds will be issued.
  3. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather or traffic).

Handling and Quality

  • All cakes and floral arrangements are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancy, notify us immediately by calling (+91) 9354078310 or emailing Info@thebakeangels.com.

Changes to Delivery

For changes to your delivery address or timing, contact us at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
